The staff here is always friendly and eager to help, making it a pleasant shopping experience. They seem really knowledgeable about their cuts, and they’re happy to answer any questions you may have. One thing I would suggest is expanding their hours a bit, as their current schedule is a little tricky for someone with a 9-5 job. Sometimes I wish I could swing by after work without worrying if they’ll be open. Nevertheless, it’s a great place to get quality meats, and I’m glad I found it.
